As per rules, we are allowed to build a house covering 10% of total area.

Along with the land in gated Community, you get over a hundred saplings planted with a state of the art drip irrigation system, 24/7 CCTV coverage and membership of the recreational center.

The villas can be rented out to the resort, the resort will utilise a commission based rent model. You can also rent out your farm individually.

There are different maintenance plans available with us. You can choose the one that you think would benefit you the most.

Keeping the local ecosystem in view, we plan to stick to crops like olives, jojoba and amla. We will also plant different varieties of fruits like pomegranate, ber, grapes, etc to make sure that you get homegrown fruits throughout the year.

We have our own borewells along with which we have implemented rain water harvesting by creating a few artificial ponds in and around the property.

The farmlands are a part of our gated community and Offgrid will manage the entire property with 24/7 operations setup and security.

The project is located in the Aravali foothills near Bansur. It is 125 Kms from Gurgaon and 135 Kms from Jaipur.

You have an option to harvest and sell the produce yourself or you can sell the produce to Offgrid. You can also choose a wide variety of products in our Produce Center that can be made from your produce, like oils, cosmetic products,etc.

The recreational center would include luxury rooms, multi cuisine restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, cricket nets, golf putting and chipping green and many other activities.
